Google: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network"

Sometimes I get this message when accessing my domain’s mail (it is using Google Apps). This is probably what happens when you’re using a 3g connection with no public IP of your own.
I usually type something like mail.example.com to access mail. I configured mail.example.com as a custom URL in the Apps dashboard and mail.example.com is set to point to ghs.google.com using a CNAME.
Fortunately, mail (and other services) are still accessible using the service.google.com/a/example.com URLs e.g. mail.google.com/a/example.com or sites.google.com/a/example.com.
The bad part is if people in such a network want to look at this site using the URL http://william.shallum.net. They will fail, which is unfortunate as that is the URL I give publicly.
